These Sobinco sliding doors in Camden are not closing because the locking mechanism has been damaged and so therefore cannot lock. The runners have not been damaged even though the track has deteriorated over time. The damage to the track is not really sufficient enough to damage the runners and therefore would not justify the costs of replacing or repairing the track. The locking mechanism however will need to be replaced.
