These bifold doors were installed as a corner unit on a brand-new extension. But unfortunately they were put in by the same builders who were contracted to build the extension. Right from the start the bi-folding doors were not moving smoothly as they should and one of the end doors was not closing correctly. After several attempts over the span of year by the builders to correct the problem and the manufacturers refusing to help because it was not installed by them, we were contacted to come and correct the problem. Because of the installation there was only so much that we could do. The doors were realigned to run more smoothly and the end door was corrected so that it could close smoothly and lock.
