Sunflex Bi-folding Door Repair and Alignment
These bi-folding doors were installed along with a new extension. Although only having been fitted five years ago, they have become unaligned and so are dragging when opening and closing.
When surveying, we noticed that on the end door there was a gap at the top through which daylight could be seen. One of the main issues with these doors is that they cover a very large area (seven panels wide). With these doors all of the hinges will need adjusting to line up. Our surveyor also noticed that there had been a very slight movement on the actual extension which further aggravated the problem.
